Phi Sigma Pi is a national gender inclusive honor fraternity, based on the principles of Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship. We refer to these three ideals as the Tripod, and they are what make our organization unique. We are not just an honor society, a service organization, or a social fraternity, but a combination of the best aspects of all three.
